The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK), Hamilton County, and OKI collaborated on a plan for the development of a regional passenger rail transit system in Hamilton County and the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. This plan was an outgrowth of a number of separate, yet coordinated analyses including long range planning efforts from various agencies.
