Request For Qualifications: Consultant Services for Grade Crossing Safety Project

On behalf of Benchmark River and Rail Terminals, LLC, the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for consultant services to perform traffic signal Preliminary Engineering and Final Design, and railroad coordination on an at-grade safety and infrastructure improvement project. Eighty percent of the project is funded by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).
