Q&A
Q: Would OKI consider
accepting electronic/email submissions in an effort to support sustainability
and reduce paper use?
A: No, we cannot
accept electronic/email submissions. There is a security risk with
attachments, and the sealed submissions cannot be opened until the
designated public opening time slot. There is no way to prove that didn’t
happen with an emailed submission. Please refer to section 2.1.4 from the
RFQ.
