Public Comment Opportunity: Draft FY2021-2024 TIP Amendment 7
On September 9, 2021, the OKI Executive Committee is scheduled to act on TIP Amendment 7 to the OKI FY2021-2024.
Amendment 7 reflected in the proposed resolution includes one roadway project and seven transit projects in Ohio, four highway projects and nineteen transit projects in Kentucky and one highway project in Indiana. All projects are exempt from air quality conformity requirements. Prior to presentation to the Executive Committee, the proposed amendment is posted to the OKI website for at least 14 days and public comments are accepted. Staff presents the amendment to the Intermodal Coordinating Committee (ICC), the ICC considers the issue, and makes a recommendation to Executive Committee. Any public comments will be presented to the Executive Committee prior to scheduled action. .
