Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors is in dire need of a replacement vehicle to aid us in our service to seniors located in Cincinnati, Ohio in Hamilton County. We have 7 in our present fleet, and utilize all of them with regularity. This fleet will has several important functions to our daily work including Meals on Wheels delivery, providing transportation for seniors to medical, therapy and dialysis appointments, and returning them safely to their own home. We also transport seniors to various Community Center’s and churches, grocery stores for food shopping/prescriptions, as well as providing transportation for human needs (clothing, personal needs, banking, etc.). We have agreements with many senior apartment complexes, both subsidized and market rent, to offer transportation and provide their residents with weekly grocery shopping trips. Reliable transportation for many of our seniors is unavailable and these individuals depend on us and our services to help them live independently in their own homes or apartments.
