OKI Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
Goal for Fiscal Years 2019-2021
The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana (OKI) Regional Council of Governments hereby announces the establishment of its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE) goal of 3.67% for programs funded and authorized by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for Fiscal Years October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2021. The FY 2019-2021 goal and information regarding the DBE Program are available for public review at the address in this notice between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. A Public Hearing will be held at this address on July 24, 2018 from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comments from the public regarding OKI’s DBE Program and Goal. Comments regarding the Goal and DBE Program will also be accepted for a period of (45) days following publication of this notice and should be addressed to: Florence Parker, OKI Regional Council of Governments, 720 East Pete Rose Way, Suite 420, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
