OKI is hosting a meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 2:30 PM via Zoom to discuss the 2022 KYTC Strategic Highway Investment Formula for Tomorrow (SHIFT). This is the third cycle of the data driven SHIFT process that will be the foundation for the next Six Year Highway Plan. KYTC has requested that OKI work with our local stakeholders to identify the best projects to be considered for inclusion in a draft plan that will be provided to Governor Beshear by the end of the calendar year. The Governor will make adjustments, then send it to the Legislature for approval.
