Senior Communication Specialist
Jim researches, writes and edits speeches and other executive communication for the agency’s executives. He also produces press releases, web content and related messaging in support of OKI’s mission. Jim manages the agency’s media relations plan, which uses digital and traditional news outlets to educate the public on OKI’s plans, projects and programs. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, and minors in print journalism and public relations, from Towson University.
