OKI to Hold JARC and New Freedom Workshop new! OKI announces that it will hold a workshop on Tuesday, June 16 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room for agencies seeking Job Access/Reverse Commute (JARC) and New Freedom federal funds. Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan Household Travel Survey OKI has partnered with the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to undertake a household travel survey.
