JUST RELEASED: OKI Analysis Highlights Tri-State Region's Congestion Hotspots Without implementation of a comprehensive congestion mitigation strategy, Tri-State travelers can expect a cumulative delay of 75,000 hours costing $1.2 million daily by 2030 according to a report released today by the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI). Current delay costs motorists in the OKI region a total of 51,000 hours and $746,000 each day.
The Congestion Management Process (CMP) analysis
