OKI has been a leader both regionally and nationally in initiating and managing transportation, water, air quality and land use studies. These studies permit detailed evaluation of problems and potential solutions to improve the transportation network and the region’s environmental landscape.
OKI works closely with a variety of federal, state and local agencies in its planning efforts for the Tri-State region. OKI has coordinated with and been a participant in the development of many studies and provides technical assistance whenever possible.
