On behalf of Cincinnati Bulk Terminals, LLC, the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is seeking “Sealed Bid Proposals” for the purchase of two conveyor belts. Fifty percent of the project is funded by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The Request for Proposals document containing detailed submission guidelines and proposal specifications can be found HERE.
