Public Comment Opportunity: Draft FY2021-2024 TIP Amendment 5A and 5B
On May 13, 2021, the OKI Executive Committee is scheduled to act on TIP Amendment 5A and 5B to the OKI FY2021-2024.
Amendment 5A includes three highway projects in Ohio and all are subject to air quality conformity requirements. The finding of conformity is relying on a previous regional emissions analysis. Amendment 5B includes four highway projects and nine transit projects in Ohio, and one highway project in Indiana. All projects are exempt from air quality conformity requirements.
Comments on the proposed amendment may be submitted to Regina Fields by May 12, 2021.
