The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) describes planning and management activities conducted by the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI). It illustrates the relationship between adopted goals, objectives, and program activities, and provides the program activities and products.
Program activities are grouped by general categories and are referenced to specific projects by work element
