Commuters can sign up for their monthly parking pass at the Central Riverfront Garage Office located at 99 East 2nd Street. Commuters must sign an affidavit verifying they are carpooling.
Apply for a parking pass through Central Parking System’s website www.parking.com. The request for this subsidized monthly parking pass will be coordinated by a local Central Parking System (CPS) agent. The CPS agent will respond to each request and provide instructions how to register online for this specific program. Once the customer is registered and verified, the CPS agent will notify the customer when their access card and hang tag are available for pick up at the CPS office located in the Central Riverfront Garage P-1 level at 99 East 2nd Street (customers may use the stairs or elevator near the corner of 2nd and Walnut Streets for access to the garage office) where the customer will complete the transaction by filling out the affidavit form.
