Request For Proposals/Qualifications
If you are a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or Small Business Administration and would like to placed on OKI's bidder list please fax or mail a letter requesting to be placed on OKI's DBE list to (513) 621-9325. The letter must be on official business letterhead and must be accompanied by a certification certificate from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the City of Cincinnati, or some other government entity that certifies minority, disadvantaged or small businesses. Once the documented information is received, your file will be reviewed and determined if your company or organization meets the eligibility requirements.
